Ms. Natasha Akda

Ms. Akda is the founder and Lead Counsel of the NCA Group where she advises businesses and organizations in the arts, private enterprise, and the non-profit sector on considerations and issues arising from entity creation, conventional and alternative financing, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, strategic development and governmental affairs. She has special expertise in providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs and businesses in all aspects of their corporate development in both domestic and international markets. Natasha serves as pro bono legal counsel to the Art in Exile Foundation, Empowerment through Integration, Layalina Productions, the Rene Moawad Foundation, and advisor to the American Task Force for Lebanon. She is also a member of the Meridian Council on Women's Leadership and the Phillips Collection Contemporaries.

Ms. Akda earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School after studying at the University of Oxford, New College, and at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. She holds a B.A. from The George Washington University.
